Who leads the group workshops?
Our experienced Community team leads the group workshops.
What will I need for this workshop?
- Your government issued ID for check-in
- A notebook
- A sense of adventure
For the break-out session, you’ll be working on our computers so there’s no need to bring your own laptop.
To cancel your workshops appointment, click the Change/Cancel Appointment button found at the bottom of your confirmation email.
We are unable to accept walk-in appointments at this time. For any questions regarding this policy, please contact email@example.com.
I LIVE OUTSIDE THE NEW YORK AREA. DO YOU HAVE WORKSHOPS IN OTHER CITIES?
While official Squarespace workshops are solely held in our New York office, Authorized Trainers operate globally.
Visit the Authorized Trainer website to find a workshop near you.
Trainers are independent third parties and Squarespace makes no promises or guarantees about the performance or quality of any Trainer.
Can I receive one-on-one help at the workshop?
Our group workshops are designed to teach a set of skills that can be applied to any site. While we're happy to address questions during the workshop, we're not staffed to provide dedicated one-on-one support.

I'M CURIOUS ABOUT SQUARESPACE, BUT I DON'T HAVE A SITE YET. CAN I ATTEND A WORKSHOP?
Absolutely. Our Group Workshops are open to all who are interested! Each workshop covers various topics and skill levels, which are outlined in each workshop summary.
How long is the webinar?
Webinars run for one hour and include time for questions.
WHAT DO I NEED TO REGISTER?
Your name, email address, and Squarespace website address (URL), if applicable.
DO I NEED A SQUARESPACE ACCOUNT?
Not at all! You're welcome to join us regardless of what stage you're in with building your site.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO BROADCAST WEBINARS?
We broadcast our sessions using Zoom.us.
For the best viewing experience, please ensure your device meets Zoom's technical requirements for joining the webinar.
I can't make the live session. Will there be an archive of the webinar to watch?
We'll send out a link to an archive video of the webinar shortly after the presentation finishes. The link will be sent to the email address you used to register for the webinar.
How do I join the webinar?
An hour before the event, you’ll receive an invite email with a link to join. Clicking the provided link will automatically download Zoom to your computer.
To watch webinars on your mobile device, you will need to download the Zoom app.

If you’re unable to see or hear our webinar, quit the Zoom application, then click the invite link to log back in.
